At Holistic Behavioral Solutions, we understand that life can present overwhelming challenges that may lead to crises. During such times, immediate support and guidance are crucial. This page provides a list of resources available 24/7 for anyone facing a mental health emergency, contemplating self-harm, or in need of urgent help.

Insurance & Payments

Our practice is out of network with insurance but we have developed a system that allows clients with out-of-network benefits to utilize their insurance appropriately. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, allowing you to choose the therapist who best meets your need. Our insurance page breaks dow policies and payments

Embarking on a mental health and wellness journey is the first step toward self-discovery and healing. Our licensed clinicians have compiled an essential collection of recommended reading. These resources are designed to enlighten, inspire, and empower you.

When? Where? What to expect? What kind of therapy do you practice? Finding a therapist is hard, and most people have questions. Some of the answers are included in our FAQ section. If you do not see your answer, contact us, and we will respond and update our list to better help you.

Our holistic approach integrates traditional counseling methods with natural supplements and workbooks. This page is updated with current offerings and recommendations. Many clients find it helpful to have access to the best products on the market. The holistic store and dispensary list the most recommended products by professionals in the alternative medicine space.
