Recommended Reading Outside the Office

These are books and links that we recommend outside of the treatment setting. We have found them to be helpful and welcome your feedback within your session. The change process begins on the inside and manifests in your behavior. By changing your thought process, you change your perception and, by extension, your life.

We also recommend journalling to process your thoughts and increase your insight. Some holistic supplements have been found helpful in treating depression and anxiety, and they are included at the Holistic Store. We are always updating with new info and welcome your thoughts.
