Careers at HBS · Now Hiring
Build the kind of therapy career you actually want

You didn't get into this field to spend your evenings on documentation. You got in to do the work — sit with people, help them get unstuck, watch them become more themselves over time. That's what we built Holistic Behavioral Solutions to protect. We're hiring now, and we move fast: apply with a resume, hear back within a day, interview this week.

1099 · Full Autonomy
Real rates, posted up front — no waiting for a second interview to hear pay. Paid within 24 hours of your session. Rates by role below.
Why Clinicians Stay Here
We handle the parts of practice that drain you
Paid in 24 hours

Complete a session, get paid. Not net-30, not "end of month." Your time doesn't sit in a queue.

Apply with just a resume

No reference letters, no transcripts, no waiting on a second interview to hear what the pay actually is.

Full autonomy, 1099 structure

Every role here is an independent contractor position. You control your caseload, your hours, and how you work — we don't.

Steady referral volume

Mercer County clinicians get referral priority, with new referrals matched weekly — not just whatever's left over.

Real support behind you

Clinical leadership, intake, billing, and compliance handled in-house. You show up ready to do the work — you don't hustle for your caseload.

You're never fully on your own

Backup coverage from your supervising therapist when you're out or overloaded — your clients aren't left without care, and neither are you.

Bilingual? +$4/hr, priority matching.

Spanish-speaking clinicians are in high demand across our referral network — a $4/hr differential on top of your base rate, and strongly encouraged to apply.

Caseloads sized for good work

We measure success by outcomes, not headcount. Take the client you can do good work with, not one that fills a quota.

You choose the format

In-office at the Brownstone, in the community, telehealth, or hybrid — built around the life you're actually living.

Real mentorship

Experienced clinicians here for consultation on hard cases and ethical gray areas, not supervision-by-checkbox.
